Theoretical knowledge is not enough for a successful professional career, and hence with an objective to go beyond academics, industrial visits are arranged to provide students a practical perspective of the work place and experience corporate environment.
Research Paper presentations & Conferences are a means to share and discuss novel issues and ideas. It is a platform for students to interact with high potential professionals and researchers on various subjects of management. This exposure, at SIBM, is given to the students through annual Research Paper Conference event called ‘Episteme’. It gives SIBM students an opportunity to ponder, explore and understand the term business & management with a broader view. Thus, Episteme involves expert talks and research paper presentation on various issues of management
To ensure good connection with industry as an essential requirement for management graduate to prosper , SIBM invites high profile professionals from varied industries to interact with students and share their knowledge and expertise. This gives an added advantage to our students by getting to know what works in industry and prepare likewise
It is correctly said that the success of any college can be measured by the contribution the alumni make to our national life. The Alumni represent the best fruits of SIBM education. They have made valuable contribution to their fields of endeavor and served their communities with their volunteer efforts. Being a management graduate requires development of various problem solving skills and tactics to lead. Our annual festival Simhastha is designed in such a way that it helps the students in perfecting their Management skills while enjoying the festival. This festival involves many indoor and out door games and participants from various institutes.
Competitions are held in Table tennis, Carrom board, Chess, SPL – Sinhgad premier League. The undergrad students are also invited for participation. Students enjoy these activities and are physically & mentally active
