CMCA Foundation: Students at CMCA Foundation engaged in initiatives focused on promoting civic education and empowering children to become responsible citizens. They conducted workshops on topics like democracy, rights, and responsibilities, encouraging active participation in community issues.

Vatsalya Charitable Trust Orphanage: During their visit to Vatsalya Charitable Trust Orphanage, students interacted with orphaned children, organized recreational activities, and provided educational support. Their efforts aimed to bring joy and a sense of belonging to the children's lives.

Seva Sahyog Trust: At Seva Sahyog Trust, students participated in various community development projects such as environmental awareness campaigns, health camps, and skill-building workshops for underprivileged individuals. They contributed to improving the quality of life for marginalized communities.

Janhvi Charitable Trust: Students volunteering at Janhvi Charitable Trust focused on initiatives related to women's empowerment, including workshops on financial literacy, vocational training, and awareness programs on gender equality. They aimed to uplift and support women from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Sulbha School for Special Children: Volunteering at Sulbha School for Special Children involved providing personalized care and support to children with special needs. Students organized inclusive activities, therapy sessions, and educational programs to foster an inclusive and nurturing environment.

NASEOH (National Society for Equal Opportunities for the Handicapped): During their visit to NASEOH, students engaged in activities aimed at promoting accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities. They participated in advocacy campaigns, accessibility audits, and collaborated with the organization to create barrier-free environments

About Faculty : Dr. Manoj Govind Kharat is an assistant professor at SIBM, Mumbai. His research and course development interests are in strategy, growth and innovation, marketing management and business sustainability. His research examines how firms execute on their strategies and grow. In particular, he focuses on the role innovation plays in supporting strategy formulation and execution, fostering change in organizational practices and in shaping the way firms grow. His recent research focuses on growth and exit strategies, strategies to cope with major shifts in the environment and strategic decision-making under technological and geopolitical uncertainty, examining location strategies, management of value chains across countries and global supplier-buyer relationships. He has also worked with many corporations on consulting and field-based projects.He has published several research papers in international journals of repute.

Dr. Manoj holds a PhD in Sustainability and Strategy from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, MBA in Marketing Management, as well as MBA in Planning and Development Management and another MBA in Sustainability Management. Additionally, he also has a PGDM in International Business Management.
