Published research papers which include: World bank and Financial Inclusion, Financial Inclusion: Analysis of the approaches of RBI, Exploring the impacts of “Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana’-PMJDY, in urban areas, w.r.t. Mumbai, and many others. Attended various FDP & Workshops on research methodologies. With interest in learning new languages, completed HSK level 3 and pursuing further.

About Faculty : Dr. Manoj Govind Kharat is an assistant professor at SIBM, Mumbai. His research and course development interests are in strategy, growth and innovation, marketing management and business sustainability. His research examines how firms execute on their strategies and grow. In particular, he focuses on the role innovation plays in supporting strategy formulation and execution, fostering change in organizational practices and in shaping the way firms grow. His recent research focuses on growth and exit strategies, strategies to cope with major shifts in the environment and strategic decision-making under technological and geopolitical uncertainty, examining location strategies, management of value chains across countries and global supplier-buyer relationships. He has also worked with many corporations on consulting and field-based projects.He has published several research papers in international journals of repute.

Dr. Manoj holds a PhD in Sustainability and Strategy from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, MBA in Marketing Management, as well as MBA in Planning and Development Management and another MBA in Sustainability Management. Additionally, he also has a PGDM in International Business Management.
